Josh has worked in digital marketing for his entire career, spanning 7+ years and covering every discipline. Along with Brittany, he oversees all personnel and account management operations for the Denver office of Metric Theory. Josh’s Account Management teams guide over $15 Million in annual spend across 50+ clients to the highest standards of performance.
Prior to joining Metric Theory, Josh was the Director of Advertiser Services at Trada, a Google Ventures backed Boulder startup, and the world’s first crowdsourced PPC platform. At Trada, Josh managed Trada’s first 6 Account Managers, designing all training and process. Josh also was a leader on several new service offerings and products, including Trada’s first premier Account Management service division, in-house landing page design services, and industry-first keyword-level call tracking.
Prior to Trada, Josh managed digital and traditional marketing, PR, and branding of two local digital startup concepts founded in Denver – a socially responsible business reviews site, and a white-label lead-generation business directory. For these concepts, he was responsible for everything from user acquisition marketing to web analytics to social media analysis as the field was first emerging.
Josh graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Master of Letters in Marketing after receiving a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado – Boulder. Josh is a craft beer enthusiast and Certified Cicerone®, also operating a beer industry consulting company called Coddled Bottle.
