Metric Theory Joins MightyHive and S4Capital
Today, I’m very proud to announce Metric Theory was chosen to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces list for the second straight year. It’s an honor to see our name among the best independent American companies that share our people-centric approach to building a business.
The 2018 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed applicants on the basis of benefits offered and employees’ responses to a unique, 30-question survey fielded by each of the applying companies. Responses were evaluated by the research team at Quantum Workplace. For its results to qualify, each company had to achieve a statistically significant response rate based on employee count.
Metric Theory values our people deeply, and the culture we’ve built is their culture. That’s why we place special emphasis on participating in workplace and culture reviews that survey our people. Ultimately, it is up to them whether we truly are a best place to work, and it’s much more rewarding for our leadership to win when they’re the ones driving the result.
We’ve been fortunate to be recognized many times for our employee satisfaction, culture, and wellness programs, but this is our first time we’ve made one in back-to-back years. Being recognized is always humbling, but consistently being amongst the best places to work is recognition of being able to maintain, perpetuate, and build on our culture over time. As a business we’ve seen significant growth over the last two years, and I’m extremely proud that our team has been able to maintain such a strong culture throughout our expansion.
I’d like to take a moment to thank all of our incredibly talented people for giving the time to help us participate in this survey, and for their continued work to help us achieve the vision we have for MT as an agency, a company and a member of our community. We now have a new standard to strive for, and you can bet we’ll keep working to make it three years running in 2019.
