Metric Theory Makes Inc.’s Best Workplaces List for the 3rd Year Straight

Metric Theory is honored to have made Inc.’s Best Workplaces list for the third year in a row. As more and more companies are eligible for this list, we take pride in continuously working to improve and maintain our strong culture to gain recognition alongside the best independent companies in the country.

You may hear us say this a lot — our people are our product. Without them, we could not provide the top-tier service we offer to our clients every day. Because of this, we take feedback from our employees very seriously and want employees to have the best workplace experience possible. We regularly ask for feedback, positive or constructive, from employees to make sure we are addressing the topics important to them.

The Inc. survey is another forum for us to understand how our employees feel about our culture, and we are thrilled to see the outpouring of positive responses from our team for the third year running.

Metric Theory has been on a steady growth trajectory since its inception in 2012, and with growth can come growing pains. We believe being named to the Inc. list for a third year speaks to our efforts to mitigate workplace culture gaps that can arise during growth, and our commitment to listening to our employees’ desires and opinions.

While we’re here, maybe we’ll mention a few of our favorite initiatives that support our strong culture. There’s our Summer Retreat, an annual gathering of every office in the same spot for team-building and to get to know coworkers from across the country. Changemakers is a program we developed to recognize the work our teams do everyday that has real impact on the lives of our clients’ people and the customers they serve. And of course, MT Gives, our business arm that handles everything from office-wide volunteer events to offer pro bono or discounted consulting on digital strategy for nonprofits. Many of these initiatives have stemmed from our team members coming forward with an idea or proposal. If our employees are passionate about a cause, we are too.
